You can, but realistically it should be glued or cemented in. The amount of pressure those lines are under is generally more than just a clamp can handle.
Can I use a hose clamp on this tubing? 1 inch White Flex Hose
Originally glued in, but started leaking after a few years. Rather have flexibility for future repairs if needed.
