Cleaning the outside of a Master Spas cover will depend on the material. If it's the standard marine-grade vinyl, we recommend a product like this

If it's the Weather Shield polyester material, the manufacturer recommends a product called 303 Fabric Guard, which can be found anywhere patio furniture is sold.
To clean the underside of the cover, we recommend a 3:1 water-vinegar mix or a 10:1 water-bleach mix. Spray it on the cover, and clean with a gentle cloth or brush. Make sure to rinse it down well afterwards, you don't want the cleaning solution to sit on for too long.
