This version of the Safe-T-Rail II Black requires the under mount plate to slide seamlessly under the spa, which means you'll definitely need the hot tub to be empty.
can this be added after the tub is filled? Or do I have to empty the hot tub first? Safe-T-Rail II Black Hot Tub Handrails
